DesignTex has a well built factory structure spread over an area of over 5,000 square meters incorporating the latest technology and modern equipment, to produce a wide range of products comprising of bathmats, rugs, carpets, throws, cushions, decorative pillows.
The production facilities are equipped with handloom, pit-looms, jacquard looms, frame-looms, power-looms, bathmats tufting machines, stitching machines, computerized and manual embroidery set-up. We have an in-house dyeing unit, finishing unit and packaging unit also.
Design and Development
DesignTex places a great importance to new technological advancement in design development. We are constantly performing research on various eco friendly products. We are also associated with international designers for latest trends and new designs. We have a state of art showroom and studio in Panipat where we display our products. Our company has a team of dynamic professionals and sound technological support, to develop new products for our buyers. The development of new product ideas is also aided by visiting design and technical professionals.
Sampling is given top priority and ensures that it is delivered on time in order to get good business.

Quality Control

Special care is taken by the fully equipped Testing Laboratory to ensure that all the processing parameters and mechanisms are maintained in order to get the right shade and impart required fastness & dimensional properties to the products. It is ensured, as per the customer requirement that the complete process is free of hazardous chemicals & environment friendly.
We also do regular process controls & checks at each stage, that production are carried out by a team of quality supervisors.
Dyeing Unit
The company has it own dyeing unit, where we use premium quality yarns and dyes for our products. Our supervisors are trained in yarn, fabric and dyeing technologies.
